ADVERTISEMENT: 12TH MALAYSIA PLAN NAPREC RESEARCH FUND 2023/2024

APPLICATION FOR NATIONAL REAL ESTATE RESEARCH COORDINATOR (NAPREC) GRANT UNDER 12th MALAYSIAN PLAN

The National Institute of Valuation (INSPEN) would like to invite all local researchers to submit research proposal in real estate area to obtain grant managed by the National Real Estate Research Coordinator (NAPREC). These funding facilities are made available under 12th Malaysian Plan.

Application is also open for research projects of scale budget in the range of RM50,000 to RM100,000 and duration of 12 – 18 month as time frame of project completion. Priority is given to the research proposals which are of interest and significant to National Key Result Area (NKRA).

IMPORTANT NOTICE!

 1) The applicant MAY choose the topics proposed by NAPREC;
 2) Applicants may submit more than one proposal, but a separate entry form is required for each area of research.
 3) Allocation in the range of RM50,000 - RM100,000 - this provision depends on the panel approval);
 4) The duration of the research project is 12 month – 18 month;
 5) The Head of Research Project MUST BE a Malaysian citizen and has a PHD;
 6) For non-academic applicants who wish to apply need to collaborate with academics and applications must be made through the University;
 7) CV of each member of the group to be included together;
 8) Projects can be submitted in Malay or English; and
 9) Closing date 26^th September 2022 (Monday) at 5.30 pm.
