Introduction

Welcome to the Registrar's Office

Generally, the Registrar's Office consists of Support Services Units, Administration Units, Human Resource Management Unit, Finance Unit, Procurement and Contract Unit, IT Services Unit, Property Management Unit and Facilities, Publication and Media Unit, Domestic Management Unit, Library Unit , Security Unit and Corporate and Public Relations Section. These Support Service Units are supportive of all programs and activities implemented by INSPEN's core business / core business unit.

Objective of the Registrar's Office

Implement excellence in governance, finance and procurement in accordance with established procedures and circulars;
Providing and maintaining good facilities and quality facilities and facilities;
Provide compatibility ICT facilities with current current;
Provide accommodation facilities and appetite hall facilities for course participants;
Provide publishing, printing, multimedia and audiovisual audio support services to customers;
Providing advisory services in the security of the department includes physical security as well as documents;
Managing human resource management affairs for all staff in INSPEN; and
Provide reference materials and reading materials that meet the needs of students, course participants and INSPEN staff.

Support Service Units are one of the key branches of the National Institute of Valuation Institutions (INSPEN). Founded in 2006 as a Management Division headed by Grade W48 Grade Assessor as Deputy Director (Management) with the aim of combining all Support Services Units under one Division. Prior to the creation of Management Division, all Support Services Unit was under the Director of INSPEN.

The Management Division acts to assist, launch and support core business activities of INSPEN in terms of administrative, financial, procurement, human resources, information technology, domestic, property management and facilities, publishing and media, libraries and security.

In 2016, through the restructuring of INSPEN, the Management Division was streamlined and rebranded to the Registrar Office headed by the Grade M48 Administrative and Diplomatic Officer.

Units under the Registrar's Office are committed to provide efficient, orderly and effective support services to assist INSPEN to become a premier training, research and education center.
