Fees & Payment  

 Payment can be made through the following link https://ipayment.anm.gov.my, which will be activated for transactions starting January 2026. 

• Additional charge for indexing if your paper is selected and confirmed to be published.
• In the event of cancellation or replacement, please email the Organiser for assistance.
• Substitutions are allowed at no extra charge, but early notification is appreciated.
• The Organizer reserves the right to make alterations to the program or find replacement speakers as deemed fit.

Important Note:

• To secure your participation, immediate payment is required upon registration (except for Local Order).
• Proof of payment (receipt/telegraphic transfer form, etc.) should be sent to irers@inspen.gov.my .
• For student participants, please email your student ID to irers@inspen.gov.my
• All payments should be made free of banking charges.
• For local participants, Cheque, Cash Deposit Machine (CDM), and Payment via Counter Bank are not allowed.
