Participation by INSPEN and the Valuation and Property Services Department

The National Institute of Valuation (INSPEN), under the valuation and Property Services Department, Ministry of Finance Malaysia, is among several government departments and training institutions in Malaysia participating in the Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme (MTCP).

The National Institute of Valuation (INSPEN), has certainly come a long way since 1990 when we first participated in the Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme (MTCP). To date we have been organizing the following programmes namely:

• International Certificate Course in Property Valuation

• International Certificate Course in Property Taxation

• Attachment Programme in Valuation Practice

• International Certificate Courses: IT in Real Estate Business

• International Certificate Course in Valuation of Special Properties
