Congratulations to INSPEN for successfully

organising the 16 NAPREC CONFERENCE 2021.

I am proud of the achievement of NAPREC (National
Real Estate Research Coordinator) for producing 125
remarkable research projects related to the field of
real estate in terms of property development, real
estate valuation, legislation and policy, property
management services and finance in property.

The 16 NAPREC Conference focus on real estate valuation, real estate
th
services and real estate development which are the most popular issues in
recently. NAPREC received various outcome, findings and recommendation from
research project which I hope will benefit the government agencies, private
sectors, and real estate industry players.

I would like to thank Ministry of Finance Malaysia (MOF), Economic Planning
Unit, Prime Minister Department (EPU), the paper presenters, members of
NAPREC Panel of Experts, members of NAPREC Steering Committee, the
recipients of NAPREC fund, research management centres (RMC) of Malaysian
University and all parties from various agencies for your coorporation. In
contributing significantly to the real estate industry. Not to forget NAPREC
Secretariats, I am indebted for their hard work to ensure all NAPREC programme
are organised timely and efficiently.

Lastly, my best wishes to all panel of expert and researchers to continuously
research on relevant issues and commitment to produce best quality and high
impact real estate research in the future.
