TO THE MQA ACREDITATION DIRECTION: INSPEN PROVIDED A TEMPORARY ACREDITATION BY MALAYSIAN QUALIFICATION AGENCY (MQA) FOR THE PROPERTY REAL ESTIMATION OF LAND AND REAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATE
This Full Accreditation Assessment Tour was conducted on 19 and 20 September 2018. The Trips Evaluation involves three persons, one MQA Officer and the other two are panel assessors. During the evaluation process, things that are being reviewed are observing the teaching & learning process, conducting interviews with management, instructors and students, visiting facilities and reviewing documents such as curriculum and related documents.
Generally, the quality assurance at tertiary institutions is carried out through the evaluation process of the program of study. There are two levels of evaluation in this quality assurance:
i. Provisional Accreditation - is a valuation exercise to ascertain whether a program meets the minimum quality requirements before being awarded the Full Accreditation.
ii. Full Accreditation - is an evaluation activity to ensure that teaching, learning and all other activities related to a program offered by a Higher Education Provider has met the quality standards and comply with the Malaysian Qualifications Framework.
As such, the evaluation panel has been pleased to provide INSPEN Temporary Accreditation through the Academic Center for two certificate programs namely the Property Assessment Certificate (MQA / FA 11513) and Real Estate Management Certificate (MQA / FA 11514) from April 19, 2018 until April 18, 2023.
