2) Abstract Data Kos (Kos Semeter Persegi) Kerja Pembinaan Bangunan Kerajaan

It is an abstract from the cost data information prepared by Public Works Department (PWD). However, INSPEN added a few informations such as specifications and building areas. It is published twice a year and as a guide on the changes of prices on the construction cost according to the tender price index.
