Theme : Surviving The Economic Crisis : Opportunities & Challenges in Real Estate

International Real Estate Research Symposium, (IRERS) is organised once in every two years since 2002. Last IRERS 2008 was held on 28 – 30 April 2008. It is a platform for professional in the real estate industries around the world to meet and discuss on research aspects and issues related to real estate.

The National Institute of Valuation (INSPEN) is proud to announce the organising of the fifth International Real Estate Research Symposium (IRERS), which will be held on 27 to 29 April 2010 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

This will be a three-day symposium with two Plenary Sessions, three Parallel Sessions, Research Clinic and Technical Visit. Each session will carry several paper presentations.

This symposium will provide an excellent opportunity for global networking, discussions and exchange of information across a broad spectrum of issues related to real estate researches and allied subjects.

Academician and practitioners are invited to propose papers reporting on current theoretical and empirical research in real estate.
